Attention Executive Thought Leaders from across North America in the Urban Animal Industry (animal control and legislative enforcement, animal welfare, animal health and animal services) - BSUAS is an exclusive opportunity for 80 participants by invitation or nomination only.

The Banff Summit for Urban Animal Strategies [BSUAS] is the only gathering of Executive Thought Leaders from North America's Animal Care Industry to consider strategies vital to creating healthy communities for pets and people.  Top level discussion, networking and world class speakers facilitate an intense 42-hour working session.

The 2008 Summit will consider ‘The Business of Urban Animals’ and bring to attention the costs associated with caring for pets by pet families and other stakeholders, resource commitments and community and pet family attitudes. Topics of discussion will include the pet population matrix, the pet value chain and roles and responsibilities of stakeholders to work together to meet service gaps.

The cost of attendance is $795 with a $250 subsidy available for BSUAS Alumni and qualifying  delegates.
